Uttarakhand, also known as Dev Bhoomi, the land of God, is simply heaven. It was formed on 9th November 2000 as 27th state of India. Dehradun is the Capital of Uttarakhand but on 4th March 2020, Gairsain, in Chamoli district, became the summer capital and Dehradun as the winter capital of Uttarakhand.
